Purchase orders

If you wish to raise a purchase order (PO) for ANY-maze then please follow the instructions on this page.


 

Before you buy

Before purchasing a license for ANY-maze you need to have downloaded the system and installed it on the computer you intend to use for tracking. This is necessary as you'll need to tell us the serial number of the copy of ANY-maze you wish to license and this is assigned during the installation process.
 

Purchase orders

We accept POs from recognized colleges and universities, established companies/hospitals and government institutions. Please type or print your purchase order as this helps us to avoid mistakes. Also please ensure you include all the information below - if there's information missing we may not be able to process your order. If necessary simply attach a separate document to your PO with the information we require.

The number of units you are ordering

Normally 1. If you want to license more than one copy of ANY-maze then you will need to include the serial number of each copy separately.

The serial number of the copy of ANY-maze you wish to license

You can find this number by starting ANY-maze and selecting the About ANY-maze option from the Help menu. Please copy this number very carefully.

4.

The issue number for the copy of ANY-maze you wish to license

You only need to include this if you've been given an issue number by ANY-maze technical support. For most customers this number will not be required.

5.

The name to which ANY-maze should be licensed

This will normally be the name of your organisation.

6.

Your organisation's invoice address

We will show this on the invoice we generate.

7.

Contact name, e-mail, phone and fax number

This is who we will contact if we have any questions relating to your order.

8.

E-mail address for license number delivery

We will send the ANY-maze license number to this e-mail address. We suggest this is the e-mail of the person who will actually use ANY-maze.

9.

If required, the delivery address for your ANY-maze license number

We will usually send your ANY-maze license number to you by e-mail so please mark your PO clearly if you require the license number to be sent by post.
